Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to support a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and labor regulations.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (Workday, BambooHR, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience in workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
