Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax & Audit Specialist to manage tax filings, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and conduct audits for clients or internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of tax laws, and experience in auditing financial statements. You will work closely with clients, finance teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain accurate financial records and improve financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Conduct audits of financial statements to assess accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Analyze financial data and prepare audit reports with key findings.
• Assist in risk assessment and implement internal controls to prevent fraud.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal finance teams to resolve tax-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in tax preparation, auditing, or financial consulting.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with financial risk management and internal auditing processes.
