Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user behavior, aesthetics, and usability principles to design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance user satisfaction through thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
  • Develop responsive and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.
