Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to support a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and labor regulations.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience in workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
